Architecture studio in Sabadell and Barcelona
Exitprojectes is an architecture studio based in Sabadell, specialising in new-build single-family homes and renovation in Barcelona and the Vallès. We design bespoke residential architecture that is timeless and built to last, and we guide every project from the first idea through to construction management.
Every project begins with a reading of the place: the plot, the topography, the orientation and the climate, and with listening to those who will live there. We don’t start from a preconceived image, but from the conditions that make each home unique.
We pursue an architecture that endures, grounded in proportion, spatial clarity, constructive honesty and quality materials. A house that holds its value over time is also the most sustainable. That is why all our new-build homes are designed as nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB).

New-build single-family homes in Barcelona
We design bespoke houses in dialogue with their surroundings. We work with natural light, materiality and the relationship between inside and outside to create calm, comfortable and efficient homes, tailored to the plot, the planning regulations and the way each family lives.
If you don’t have a plot yet, we assess its feasibility before you buy. We then draw up a detailed construction project and manage the build on site, so that what is built matches the agreed design, schedule and budget.

Building renovation in Barcelona
To renovate is to give new life to what already exists. We start by reading the building, its structure, its history and its materials, to adapt it to new ways of living without losing its character, while improving its energy efficiency.
We have designed more than 600 retail spaces in 90 countries, and we bring that same technical and on-site control to every renovation: rigorous documentation, coordination with contractors and trades, and close follow-up until handover.
We design with a craftsman’s approach, with the eye of a sculptor and the precision of a carpenter. We believe the most efficient architecture is the one that doesn’t age: the one that endures, holds its value and continues to move people over time.
